［ 循環 CYCLE ］
YPFは「多様性」を基礎とした「着想・創造・共有」の3ステップにより
「交流の循環」を実現していきます。
YPF will realize a “circulation of exchange” through the three steps of
“Inspiration, Create, and Sharing” based on “diversity”.
”着想”：普段の当たり前から離れ、新たな出会いから生まれる気付きや再認識を得る。
“Inspiration”： Get away from the usual things and get new awareness and recognition from new encounters.
”創造”：着想にて得た気付きを表現する取り組み。
“Create”： Efforts to express the awareness and re-recognition obtained from the Inspirate.
”共有”:創造にて形となったもの、異なる視点、価値観を再発見する場。

世界自然遺産 屋久島
World Natural Heritage Yakushima
屋久島の特色は「多様性」です。
“古代より続く自然環境”と共に醸成されて来た”島の人々の文化” これらが織りなす「多様性」が屋久島を表す最も重要なキーワードです。屋久島は世界的に見てもその特異な環境から、1993年 日本初の「世界自然遺産」に 登録されました。登録に至った大きな理由は、縄文杉をはじめとしたヤクスギを含む多様な生態系と、亜熱帯から亜寒帯までの幅広い植生が他に類を見ないと評価さ れたためでした。 また、屋久島は日本で先駆けとなる発送電分離をいち早く実現し、電力供給のほぼ100%を水力発電で賄うなど、政府の「2050年までに脱炭素社会 の実現を目指す」宣言や世界の潮流であるカーボンニュートラルを牽引するモデルにもなり得ます。自然環境と共に醸成されて来た島の人々の文化もまた、地形や環境の制約から特異なものとなっています。中心に山を頂く島の形状により沿岸に集落を作って来た歴史から、集落間の交流は海路で行われ、島内に限らず薩摩・琉球との交易が活発に行われて来ました。そのため26ある集落はそれぞれ独自の文化体系が育まれ、多様な伝統 行事を持つに至っています。しかし、共通して自然への畏敬の念を表した「岳参り」という文化も持ち合わせています。集落にはそれぞれ信仰する岳があり、海と山を繋 ぐ五穀豊穣のお参りを500年の古来より行って来ています。このように、”自然”、”文化”、”人”は密接に繋がっており、これらが織りなす「多様性」こそが屋久島の特色と言えます。

Yakushima was registered as Japan's first World Natural Heritage Site in 1993 due to its unique environment. The major reasons for its registration are the diverse ecosystems including the Jomon cedar and other Yakusugi, and the wide range of vegetation from the subtropical to the subarctic, which has been evaluated as valuable worldwide. In addition, Yakushima was one of the first in Japan to realize the separation of power generation and generation, and almost 100% of its power supply is covered by hydroelectric power generation. He can also be a model to lead the government's declaration of "Aiming to realize a decarbonized society by 2050" and the global trend of carbon neutrality. The culture of the islanders, which has been nurtured together with the natural environment, is also unique due to the constraints of the topography and environment. Due to the history of forming coastal settlements due to the shape of the island with a mountain in the center, exchanges between settlements were carried out by sea routes, and trade with Satsuma and Ryukyu has been actively carried out not only on the island. . As a result, each of the 26 villages has developed its own unique cultural system and has come to hold various traditional events. However, they also have a common culture called "Take-mairi", which expresses their reverence for nature. Each village has its own mountain of worship, and people have been praying for a bountiful harvest that connects the sea and the mountains for 500 years. In this way, “nature,” “culture,” and “people” are closely connected, and the “diverse of culture and ecosystem” woven by these elements is what makes Yakushima unique.
