「ファウンド フォト アーカイブス プロジェクト(FPAP)」は、屋久島町内26集落の一般家庭に眠る個人アルバムから写真を集約する試みです。個から公へと共有されることで、写真の中にあった物語が広がり、新たな視点の発見へと結びつく事を目的としています。在りし日の屋久島の文化、歴史、産業、暮らしの風景をアーカイブ化することによって、「たしかにそこにあったこと」「いまここにあること」「これからもあってほしいこと」これらが屋久島の未来へと継承されることを願います。
"Found Photo Archives Project (FPAP)"This is an attempt to collect photographs from personal photo albums that sleep in ordinary households in each of the 26 villages in Yakushima.
By being shared from the individual to the public,The story in the photo spreads,The purpose is to lead to the discovery of new perspectives.
Yakushima's culture, history, industry,By archiving the scenery of life,"It was certainly there." "Being here and now" "What I want from now on"
We hope that these will be inherited to the future of the Yakushima.
