応募規定: 応募作品は未発表のものに限ります。他のコンテストなどへ応募中または応募予定の作品、または過去に 入賞し、その画像が確認可能な作品は応募できません。ただし、応募者本人が制作した市販を目的としない出版物、個人のウェブサイトに掲載した作品、あるいは 審査のない写真展に出品した作品は応募できます。

被写体の肖像権やその他第三者の権利を侵害することのないよう、応募者の責任においてご確認ください。 万一、第三者と紛争が生じた場合は、応募者の責任と費用負担によって解決していただきます。

応募作品は、応募者本人が、すべての著作権を有しているものに限ります。他人の名義を使用した場合は失格になります。

全入賞作品については、主催者に対し、プリント展示、出版、宣伝、ウェブ掲載等の目的で無償かつ非独占的に使用を許諾していただきます。

使用にあたっては商業目的を含む場合がありますが、その際の使用料等は発生しません。

応募時にご記載いただく個人情報は、入賞通知・表彰・作品展示など、本コンテスト運営に必要な範囲で のみ使用させていただきます。

入賞発表、作品集、作品展および広告等で使用する場合、撮影者の氏名または作家名を明記する場合があ ります。
 

Eligibility: Open to photographers from around the world, both professional and amateur.

Application Period: June 28 – July 27, 2025

Submission Deadline: July 27, 2025 (Until 12:00AM Japan Standard Time)

Participants fee: 1 series 5,000Yen, 2series 9,000Yen

Announcement of Results: To be published on the YPF website in early September.
 

Entry Requirements:
Submitted works must be unpublished. Works that have been submitted or are planned to be submitted to other contests, as well as works that have previously won awards and can be found publicly, are not eligible for entry.
However, works that the applicant has created and published in non-commercial publications, on personal websites, or exhibited in non-juried photo exhibitions may be submitted.

Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe on the portrait rights or any other rights of third parties.
In the event of a dispute with a third party, the applicant shall be responsible for resolving it at their own cost.

All submitted works must be the original work of the applicant, who must hold all copyrights to the work.
Any use of another person’s name will result in disqualification.

For all awarded works, the organizer shall be granted a free and non-exclusive license to use the works for purposes such as exhibition prints, publications, promotional activities, and online display.
*Please note: Use may include commercial purposes, but no usage fees or royalties will be paid in such cases.

Personal information provided at the time of entry will be used only within the scope necessary for the operation of this contest, such as award notification, recognition, and exhibition of works.

When award-winning works are published, exhibited, or used in advertisements, the name of the photographer or artist may be displayed.
